The repetition works well. It creates a nice structure and builds focus such as with "somewhere crying" "somewhere dying" and "fading "aiding". The 2 single lines that end each verse add a striking impact that tie the poem together.

It's steeped in emotion which I love and you can sense the raw emotion it has been written with.
